• Another is a white supremacist with a giant swastika tattoo on his stomach, who is operated on by Bailey and Cristina
• The driver is having open-brain surgery when McDreamy's computer crashes
  
• A new patient (aka Seth Green) is in the hospital with an exposed carotid artery, which bursts after he laughs too hard while joking around with Lexie
• Ava visits Alex again; he sneaks her into the viewing gallery so she can watch him operate
• She meets Lexie, who is devastated to learn that she isn't Alex's only girl
• Bailey's husband is angry that she's never home; McDreamy bonds with Rose; McSteamy tries to bond with Hahn
