• A clinic patient shoves a knife into an electrical socket in an attempt to have a second near death experience
• House then does the same thing to disprove the existence of an after-life
• Meanwhile, in New York, Foreman is playing House with his very own team of three and whiteboard
• he breaks the rules to save a patient and ends up getting fired
