• Back at PPGH, the case is a female drag racer with seizures and audio/visual issues
• At the start, Foreman was sure it was just heat stroke, which it was
• However, Grumpy poisoned her to made it look like polio to bring attention to the lack of polio research
• House asks him to quit and calls the cops on him
  
• Cameron alludes to missing working with House and the rest of the old gang
