• Corporate has sent out a professional ad team to the office to produce a commercial for local television
• Michael is bursting with ideas but soon learns that there's a pre-existing ad and they just want to shoot 5 seconds of the Scranton team to add at the end of it
• Michael makes a 'deal' with corporate that Scranton will make their own ad and that if his isn't better, he'll pay for the real ad out of his own pocket
