• Sawyer catches Boone going through his stuff and kicks his ass; Boone was looking for Shannon's asthma medication
• Sawyer asks Kate for a kiss in exchange for the inhalers; Kate refuses
• Jack asks for the inhalers; Sawyer refuses; Jack punches him in the face
• Sayid tortures Sawyer by forcing bamboo under his fingernails
• Kate kisses Sawyer; Sawyer admits that he doesn't have the inhalers
• Sayid blames Sawyer for destroying the transceiver; Sayid stabs Sawyer in the upper arm
• Sayid leaves the camp because of what he did to Sawyer; He plans to explore the rest of the island
• Sun tries to help a suffering Shannon using eucalyptus
  
• Sawyer makes Kate read his letter:
• A kid wrote the letter to a guy named Sawyer; Sawyer slept with the kid's mother and stole the father's money, causing the father to kill himself and his mother; The kid vowed to track down Sawyer
• Kate realises Sawyer was around 8 when the letter was written and hence Sawyer wrote it, it wasn't written to him
• Sawyer became the man he was hunting
  
• Charlie convinces Claire to relocate to the caves after they share some imaginary peanut butter
