Lost: 4x04 - Eggtown

• Kate breaks Miles out of the boathouse and brings him to Ben; In return Miles tells Kate the freighties know about her criminal record
• Miles threatens to give Ben up to the freighties if Ben doesn't cough up $3.2 million
• As punishment, Locke kicks Kate out of the barracks and puts a live grenade in Miles' mouth
• Jack stresses when he can't get through on the phone the freighter to check on Sayid and Desmond
• Charlotte calls the emergency number; The freighties don't know anything about the helicopter leaving the island
• FLASHFORWARD: Kate
• Kate is on trial on several charges, including the murder of her step-father
• Jack testifies that only 8 people survived the crash, 2 of whom died on the island, Kate took care of everyone, and that he no longer loves her
• Kate makes a deal and only gets probation after her still dying mother refuses to testify
• Kate's 'son' is actually Aaron
