Dexter: 1x04 - Let's Give the Boy a Hand

  • The Ice Truck Killer leaves various body parts around Miami
    • The body parts belong to the hockey arena's security guard, who Maria had labelled as the killer
    • Photos are left at the crime scenes that have striking similarities to pictures in Dexter's family photo album
    • Dexter determines that the guard is being kept alive through the amputations; Dexter figures out he is being held in an abandoned hospital and has him rescued
  • Rita's neighbour's dog is driving everyone nuts; Rita kidnaps the dog and gives it to a co-worker
  • Doakes is being watched by scary drug thugs; He gets abducted and beaten up
    • Doakes is saved at the last minute by the cops who set him up; It was all part of their plan to nab the thugs
  • Angel obsesses over getting the perfect 10 year anniversary gift for his estranged wife; She rejects both the gift and Angel

Battlestar Galactica: 2x05 - The Farm

  • Roslin issues a statement encouraging other ships to join the trip to Kobol; One third of the fleet makes the jump
  • Adama returns to work; Everyone is happy
  • On Caprica, Anders and Starbuck hook up; Starbuck gets shot during a Cylon attack
    • Starbuck wakes up in a hospital; The Doctor tells her that Anders is dead, she should reproduce, and that she was physically abused as a child
      • Starbuck notices a new scar on her abdomen; She realizes the Doctor is a Cylon, so stabs him in the neck and escapes
        • Starbuck finds a ward full of women being used as Cylon incubators; She destroys the baby-machines
    • Other Boomer helps the Resistance find Starbuck and brings them a ship
      • Starbuck, Helo, and Other Boomer leave Caprica with the Arrow of Apollo

  • Claire tells Eko about Charlie's Virgin Mary statue; Eko reveals it's magical heorin-filled center
    • Claire kicks Charlie out; Charlie has a secret stash of several statues
    • Eko makes Charlie take him to the plane; Eko finds his dead brother; He sets plane on fire
      • The Monster comes right up to Eko; Eko sees weird stuff in the smoke; The Monster goes away
  • Kate gives Sawyer a haircut; Locke teaches Michael to shoot a gun
  • Michael does more 'chatting' with 'Walt'
  • FLASHBACK: Eko
    • Eko was a Nigerian warlord; He killed a couple of drug dealers and stole their heorin
      • Eko forced his brother, who was a priest, to help smuggle the heorin out of the country using the church's plane
        • The authorities showed up right before the plane took off; Eko's brother was shot and taken away on the plane; Eko was left behind and mistaken for a priest

  • Michael locks Jack and Locke in the armory; Michael takes a gun and goes after Walt
    • Jack, Locke, and Sawyer get some guns and go after Michael; Jack tells Kate to stay behind, but she doesn't
      • Zeke, the Other who shot Sawyer appears; He tells them to stay out of the Others' territory
        • Jack, Locke, and Sawyer discover that they are surrounded by Others
        • Zeke exchanges Kate, who has been taken hostage, for their compliance and their guns
  • Charlie and Hurley look through records in the hatch; Sun bosses Jin around
  • Jack suggests that Ana-Lucia help train 'an army'
  • FLASHBACK: Jack
    • A patient's hot daughter talked Jack into doing risky surgery on her father
      • The patient died in surgery; Jack made out with the daughter
        • Jack told his wife, Sarah, about kissing the other woman; Sarah had been having an affair; Sarah decided to leave Jack

Dexter: 1x03 - The Popping Cherry

  • The Ice Truck Killer strikes again; The fingertip-less body is left on ice in a hockey arena
    • Deb recognizes the victim from her time in Vice; She questions her old hooker friends
    • Deb struggles to get Lt. Maria LaGuerta to take her ideas seriously
  • A teen is released from jail after serving time for manslaughter; Dexter saw his work as potential genius
    • The teen tries to kill again, but Dexter intervenes
    • Dexter goes to kill him; The teen tells him the guy he killed had raped him; Dexter lets him go
  • Several cops put on clown masks and harass the suspected cop murderer
    • They frame Doakes for it as revenge for sleeping with the dead cop's wife
  • Dexter's first human kill was a nurse who was trying to kill Harry with too much medication
  • Dexter's girlfriend, Rita, is hassled by a drug-dealer looking for her ex-husband; He takes Rita's car as payment

  • Deb finds the refrigerated truck; The killer gets nicknamed the Ice Truck Killer
    • In the truck, there is a block of ice with fingertips frozen inside, each painted with a different colour of nail polish, just like Dexter's Barbie doll
      • Deb gets transferred to the Homicide division
  • An undercover cop gets killed; Everyone gets bummed out and/or pissed off
    • The cop's wife is found shot in her home; She later dies; Doakes was sleeping with her
  • Dexter kills a drunk driver after the courts found him not guilty

  • Dexter is a Miami forensics investigator who serially kills murderers in his spare time
    • Dexter murders in accordance to 'Harry's code', developed by his foster father
  • Dexter kills a child murderer and an amateur porn filmmaker
  • Dexter's foster sister, Deb, also works in the police department
    • Deb desparately wants to transfer from Vice to Homicide
  • Two prositutes are killed; Both bodies are found drained of all blood and neatly cut into pieces; Dexter is fascinated by the killer's handi-work
    • Dexter finds a Barbie doll in his refrigerator cut up in the same way
    • Dexter chases a refigerated truck, suspecting it may be related to the case
      • A severed head is thrown out of the truck, landing on Dexter's car

Lost: 2x09 - What Kate Did

  • Kate sees a black horse; She also thinks that an unconscious Sawyer is possessed by Wayne
    • Sayid tells Kate he saw Walt in the jungle before Shannon was shot
    • Kate bares her soul to Sawyer/Wayne; Sawyer wakes up and is significantly better
  • Shannon's funeral is held
  • Locke cuts off Jin's handcuff
  • Kate kisses Jack
  • Locke shows the Dharma film to Eko and Michael; Eko has the 'edited out' piece of the film
    • Locke reassembles the film; The new section gravely warns not to enter anything in the computer besides The Numbers
      • Michael uses the computer to chat with someone claiming to be Walt
  • FLASHBACK: Kate
    • Kate found out that her biological father is Wayne, an abusive drunk, and not Army guy Sam
    • Kate blew up a house, killing Wayne; Kate's mom turned her in, but Kate was able to escape from the Marshal

  • Sayid tries to kill Ana-Lucia to avenge Shannon's death; Ana-Lucia makes Libby tie Sayid to a tree
    • Ana-Lucia sends everyone the Survivor's camp, leaving her alone with Sayid
    • Jack plans to go in with guns blazing to rescue Sayid until he hears that it is Ana-Lucia who is holding Sayid
    • Sayid and Ana-Lucia bond over their lack of feeling; Ana-Lucia sets him free
  • Jack takes an extremely ill Sawyer into the hatch; Kate tries to nurse him back to health; Jack gets jealous
  • Rose and Bernard reunite; Sun and Jin reunite; Jack and Ana-Lucia reunite; Michael reunites with Vincent
  • FLASHBACK: Ana-Lucia
    • Ana-Lucia rejoined active duty on the police force after being shot 4 times while pregnant
      • When the shooter was finally caught, Ana-Lucia denied that it was him; She then tracked him down and killed him herself

  • Sarah and Graham do a presentation in San Fransicso to Chinese businessmen; It goes very well and they make a deal
  • Tommy and Julie obsess over each others' affairs; They decide to go into couples' therapy
  • Nora and Isaac go on a date; It is very sweet
  • Jason returns; Scotty gets jealous and tries to make Kevin choose between them; Kevin chooses Scotty
  • Lena tries to kiss Tommy; Tommy turns her down; Lena quits her job and breaks up with Justin
  • Justin manages to reconnect with both Rebecca and Tommy

  • The Freighties' helicopter was struck by lightning and all 4 of the crew bailed; scattering them across the Island
  • Jack and Kate find Dan, who uses the fancy phone to search for his crewmates
    • Miles pulls a gun on Jack and makes them take him to Naomi's body
      • Miles 'talks' to Naomi's corpse and concludes that Jack and Kate didn't murder her
    • Frank managed to land the helicopter safely; Sayid says it is still flyable
      • Frank deduces that Juliet wasn't on the plane; Miles demands she tell them where Ben is
  • Charlotte is taken captive by Locke and his crew
    • Ben shoots Charlotte; She was wearing a bullet-proof vest and isn't hurt
    • Ben has a spy on the Freighter, which he proves by his extensive knowledge of all of the Freighties
  • FLASHBACK: The Freighties
    • Dan cried uncontrollably while watching the discovery of the supposed wreckage of Flight 815 on TV
    • Miles can talk to dead people
    • Charlotte found a polar bear skeleton with a Dharma collar in Tunisia
    • Frank was supposed to be 815's pilot; He knew the corpse identified as the dead pilot wasn't really the pilot
    • Naomi was convinced to lead the mission by creepy guy, Abaddon, despite her misgivings of the crew's abilities

  • Case of the week is a woman who recently converted to Hasidic Judaism and then collapsed at her wedding
    • House adamantly believes that her recent conversion to extreme religion is a symptom, but she really did change on her own
    • She refuses necessary exploratory surgery until after having a Shabbat dinner with her husband
    • Turns out she had a floating kidney, aka nephroptosis
  • House offers Cutthroat Bitch an job in exchange for her breaking up with Wilson; She turns the job down
    • House comes around and approves of the relationship, even though it means he might lose Wilson's friendship
  • 13 is bisexual

Battlestar Galactica: 2x04 - Resistance

  • Tigh calls Tyrol a Cylon and throws him in the brig with Boomer
    • Gauis poisons Tyrol to get Boomer to talk; She says there are 8 other Cylons in the fleet
  • Several ships go on strike out of protest to martial law
    • Tigh sends Marines to retrieve supplies for the BSG from the uncooperative ships; Things turn sour and 4 civilians are killed
  • Apollo sneaks Roslin off the BSG and on to Cloud 9, where Zarek is waiting to help hide the president
  • Callie shoots and kills Boomer as Boomer is being taken away to be Gauis' lab rat
  • On Caprica, Helo and Starbuck are mistaken for being Cylons by a group of rebels and hence get shot at
    • They all agree that both sides are human and join forces

  • FLASHBACK - The Tailies during their first 48 days on the Island
    • Eko killed 2 Others, stopped speaking, and carved his stick
    • Several Tailies were taken by The Others, including all of the children
    • Ana-Lucia dug a pit and threw Nathan in it, as he was suspected of being an Other
      • Ana-Lucia told Goodwin she was going to torture Nathan for info; Goodwin snapped Nathan's neck to keep him quiet
    • The Tailies found a crappy Dharma Initiative hatch; Inside, they found a radio, which they used to talk to Boone
    • Ana-Lucia caught Goodwin in a lie; He is an Other; So, Ana-Lucia killed him with a pointy stick

Battlestar Galactica: 2x03 - Fragged

  • The Quorum of Twelve arrive on the BSG and demand to see Roslin; Roslin is acting crazy due to chamalla withdrawal
    • Tigh allows the 12 to see Roslin; She regains her composure and reveals her terminal illness, which turns the Quorum into believers
      • Tigh dissolves the Quorum and declares martial law
  • The Doctor finally operates on Adama
  • On Kobol, the Cylon Centurions build a missile launcher to blow up the approaching rescue party from the BSG
    • Crashdown plans an attack on the Cylons and acts a little crazy
      • When it's time to attack, Cally freezes up; Crashdown pulls a gun on her; Gauis shoots and kills Crashdown
      • Tyrol blows up the Cylons' satellite, despite being shot
        • The Kobol gang are rescued by Apollo and his crew

Lost: 2x06 - Abandoned

  • Michael, Jin and Eko rejoin the rest of the Tailies to continue their trek to the Survivor's camp
    • Sawyer's gunshot wound gets infected and becomes life-threatening
      • The Tailies carry Sawyer on a stretcher through the dangerous jungle in order to get him help sooner
        • One of the Tailies, Cindy, goes missing during a difficult hill climb
  • Shannon continues having freaky visions of Walt
    • Shannon runs into the jungle after 'Walt'; Ana-Lucia mistakes her for an Other and shoots her
  • Claire tries to get the hang of the whole parenting thing
  • FLASHBACK: Shannon
    • Shannon's father was in a car accident and died; There was no will and Shannon was left nothing

  • Case of the week is a psychiatrist stuck at the South Pole with kidney issues
    • House diagnoses her remotely via web cam
      • He develops a crush on her and acts rather sweet; However. there is already a guy at the Antarctican station who is in love with her
    • Turns out bone marrow was leaking into her system via a broken toe
  • Wilson and Cutthroat Bitch are dating
  • House tries to get Taub, Kutner, and 13 to sabotage Cameron in order to get free cable in the hospital

Lost: 2x05 - ...And Found

  • The Tailies make Sawyer, Jin, and Michael fish and pick fruit in preparation for a long walk
  • Michael runs off into the jungle; Jin and Mr. Eko go after him
    • Jin and Eko see several Others while hiding in the jungle
    • Michael is found; Jin and Eko join in the hunt for Walt
  • Sun looses her wedding ring and freaks out, but she eventually finds it
  • FLASHBACK: Jin/Sun
    • Prior to meeting each other, Jin and Sun were looking for love
    • Jin started a new job as a doorman at a fancy hotel; Sun was set up with the son of the hotel owner, but it didn't work out
    • Jin quit his job and literally bumped into Sun on the way home; The attraction was instant

  • Saracen calls a teacher a bitch, skips class with Riggins, gets a lap-dance from a stripper, and goes to practice drunk

    • Eric throws Saracen in the shower; Saracen cries because everyone leaves him
  • Tyra asks Landry to dump Jean and give her a shot; Landry does
  • Smash loses his TMU scholarship due to 'questionable character'
    • Before the game, Smash gives the team a pep talk; After everyone leaves the locker room, Smash breaks down
  • Julie gets jealous of the time Tami is spending with Tyra and the volleyball team
    • Tami forgets to take Julie to the DMV for her driver's test

    • Hurley returns to the mental institution after he starts seeing dead Charlie
    • Jack and a creepy dude visit Hurley; Creepy dude wants to know if 'they' are still alive; Hurley tells Jack he wants to return to The Island

    • She swears that she and her daughter are always completely honest with each other; However her daughter was adopted
    • Turns out the mom has breast cancer on the back of her knee
  • House examines a prostitute in the clinic who got a rash from a donkey
    • House goes to a church to see her as the Virgin Mary in a Nativity play
  • House sabotages the team's Secret Santa thing so that everyone gets him a present

  • Riggins makes Lyla dinner and tells her he loves her; Lyla shuts him down

  • Tami starts coaching the girls volleyball team and recruits Tyra to be her superstar
